We have worked in that space for over two decades — advising clients on climate change strategy, representing industrial sector interests at multiple UNFCCC Conference of the Parties sessions, and conducting research on the economic dimensions of climate change mitigation and adaptation. We also bring specialized expertise to the challenge of climate disinformation — examining how false narratives about climate policy spread, who amplifies them, and what responses are most effective.

Security Research and Policy Analysis

We conduct applied research and policy analysis across the national security, homeland security, and international security domains. We have more than fifteen years of sponsored research experience in terrorism, counterterrorism, and political violence. Weapons of Mass Destruction and Emerging Threats

The threat posed by chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear materials in the hands of violent non-state actors is real and growing. Our work in this domain covers illicit trafficking pathway analysis, adversary weapon selection modeling, and the intersection of cyber threats and critical infrastructure. We also track how emerging technologies — especially unmanned systems and artificial intelligence — are changing the threat environment.

Northeast Asia Regional Security

Northeast Asia — and the Korean peninsula in particular — is where our regional expertise runs deepest. We combine doctoral-level political science and energy economics with native Korean language proficiency and career-long engagement with the intelligence, military, and policy dimensions of the region. Our work covers North Korea's nuclear program, regime survival dynamics, intelligence apparatus and cyber capabilities, North-South Korean energy cooperation, and trilateral Korea-Japan-China relations.

Strategic Influence and Disinformation

State and non-state actors are using information as a weapon — and the targets increasingly include both government institutions and private-sector organizations. We research and analyze influence operations and strategic disinformation, with a focus on measuring campaign impact, assessing narrative resonance across target audiences, and giving practitioners tools to evaluate what is actually working.

Insider Threat Management and Mitigation

Insider threats — whether driven by ideology, grievance, or coercion — represent one of the most difficult security challenges any organization faces. Our research and consulting in this domain covers insider threat program development and professionalization, workforce training and curriculum design, and the behavioral and organizational factors that make insider threats hard to detect and harder to stop.

Professional Training Development and Delivery

We design and deliver professional training for demanding audiences — law enforcement, emergency managers, intelligence analysts, military officers, and senior policy officials. Our training products cover terrorism and counterterrorism, improvised explosive device dynamics, critical decision-making in crisis, indicators of terrorist activity, open-source intelligence analysis, and CBRN principles and threats. We also design and facilitate executive tabletop exercises for senior government and private-sector decision-makers.

Good translation is not just about finding the right words. It requires genuine expertise in the subject matter being translated. We provide Korean-English and English-Korean translation for technical, policy, academic, and legal documents — with the substantive knowledge to ensure the meaning comes through accurately.
